Down goes Frazier

Looks like they did go down. Maybe a little smoke and mirrors thrown in. They're talking vans and $printers on the E-1 sight.
No talk of Straights or TT's yet.

Based on what I heard, they are spreading the misery equally.

Don't want to sound naive, but will their customers also see a reduction in rates for vans and Sprinters?
And what kind of percentage would "mother" E-1 make on the total transaction after giving $ .80 to a Sprinter? Not throwing arrows, I just don't have a clue what the larger expeditors put "on top" of the owner/operator rates...

The owner operators can take comfort in the fact that they are contributing to E-1's acquisitions.
Better buy stock as the return looks better than driving a vehicle for them.
Then again, the stock doesn't look that attractive either.

From what i wad told they reduce rates to customers to pick them back up which means someone is about to lose some customers which hurts us all in the long run.
