That's 21.12% of the trucks that was inspected was placed OOS.
As far as Driver's that is 7.78% of the driver's that had there log book check was placed OOS. With the total of the 900 trucks inspected 28.89% was place out of service at just that one Scale. That is alot of trucks.

Nothing in Texas would surprise me. They were really craking down. In the 2 days I was there, 3 truck were involved in major accidents, and another 3 in AR.
