DOT physicals

Does anyone know of an online reference telling where one can get a DOT physical? There is a chain that does them but I can't recall their name. The one doctor's office I called quoted $120 without a drug screen. That's just crazy.

I have used Concentra. They have many locations.

I may catch hell for this, but there are those dot physical forms/medical cards, long form from jj keller in the truckstops for $3.50.

Yes, Concentra is the one I couldn't think of. I've got the forms, I just need the place to get it done.

FastDarnell is right concentra, the last physical I had was $65 and the drug test was something like $40.

It cost me $86 total for the physical and drug screen earlier this year.

There's also PDMD [professional drivers' medical doctor] clinics - not sure of any locations other than the Atlanta Petro, though.

Tehy all closed their doors permantly, from what I hear.

I'm going to call Concentra tomorrow. The last one I got was $60 and I don't need a drug test, just a physical.

A driver had to do a regular scheduled one in Detroit, and paid 40 some dollars.

Concentra is $43 if you don't need the drug test. I don't so I didn't find out how much that adds. I'm going tomorrow.

for years , i have being sending my drug testing sample to the Oil analysis lab in U.T (the one OPS1 use)...
turn out ,
i have :
no metal where ,
no antifreeze, or fuel ,
the sample is not contaminated,
all my bearings are good ,
so is my head ,
and i have good viscosity ...

I do it at Concentra also. Just had it done last week in Atlanta. Cost me $48. Two years ago it was $42. I called a few Concetras in TN and they were $55, so I guess it varies by state. Leo, where did you have yours done?

If you happen by the Ontario California TA there is a clinic in front that does DOT physicals. Cost is 65.00. My husband and I both had ours done there in June.

I used a walk in clinic they charged $65 for dot, and $45 for drug screen.

And right now (Monday 8/31) the Canadian dollar is only worth $.92 U.S. . It was been lower than that .
