I never claimed to be any where near his level of humor. I am a stick in the mud and rarely laugh at things from this thing they call the Internet but I found is as funny as Life on the Helpdesk used to be.

I worked a helpdesk in a hospital for 3 years...at the time those calls came in, none of us were laughing. We were actually frightened for the lives of the patients under some of those users care.
