A lot of scummy people live in the Monroe area. Must have been taking lessons from Vic.

That football player who got arrested for dog fighting, went to prison for it.

It is part of the "drug culture"..they make those arrest in Toledo from time to time also....

When my house was robbed it was a bunch of crack heads from Toledo that did it. There was a woman, about 30, she drove around bunches of younger scum, 16-19 year olds, dropped them off at a house to rob then came back around and picked them up.
