I was thinking that is a possibility because he doesn't have an angry expression and his fingers are not clenched with the hand making a fist.

Zoom in..dog seems to be showing his teeth...or gasping for air???....regardless.. that cant feel nice being pinned to a wall by your neck...staged or not...hold that SOB up by his neck and let his feet dangle see if he likes it...

I, in my previous years working as a bouncer, have done this on numerous occasions. The person on the recieving end didnt seem to like being held up by their neck against the wall.
