Does any truckstop have decent internet?

I need data on my phone because that's how I get tracked; much cheaper than a Qualcomm ; also a few other things to keep track of on the road, such as weather.

For personal surfing, WiFi is much better; it's unlimited, usually much faster than 3g, and it's better to sit in a climate controlled building than a hot or cold truck.

I want my internet in my truck any time I choose. I dont want to have to go inside to be on my computer, Besides, they wouldnt appreciate me being in their in my sleep wear.
