Do you see "REASON?"

When responding to a load opp do you now see a Reason line if you decline the load? Very interesting. I don't think anyone has mentioned in any of our messages about this line being added. We just started seeing it, I think. Of course anyone with old age memory issues like me could have seen it before and just forgot.

We only noticed it recently, too. Was wondering why there wasn't something like that on there to explain why you were refusing the load opportunity.

I've been wondering why when you check the FDCC O/O ethernet for truck activity it doesn't show the loads that you refused anymore? Ever since the loads all went to the new opportunity system. Does anyone have any insight?

We understand that FCC is running two dispatch systems at this time and the load opp refusals are on the new system. When you accept load this is shown on the old system. One of these days everything will be moved to the new system and then you should be able to see all the refusals counted against your truck. Right now I love it our stats look really good!

India thanks for the heads up and we had not seen the reason before and unless you scroll down you cannot see it! We will be putting this field to use on all load opps we turn down in the future.
