Not like the auto companies at all. They are making money. And are able to help customers with a question. Now it will be talking to a highschooler about a pc. of equipment for your office.

I'm not even surprised - they've taken the 'Peter Principle', which is promoting someone to their level of incompetence, like they do with the executives, and turned it on it's head for those at the opposite end of the income scale: fire them when they are really good at their job! Makes as much sense as a whole bunch of other corporate decision in the last few years...

I guess Best Buy will get any business from me now. I'm going to write CC and let them know they've lost a customer with their "reward" based system for good employees.

Not being silly here BUT, how does that compare with an auto worker making three time the amount of money , and not performing. Maybe you should reread it, it says they were performing.
