STARKE, Fla. — A female passenger in a semi-truck was naked when it slammed into a school bus Monday afternoon, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. Seven students were taken to the hospital after the crash in Bradford County.

At least one of the Starke Elementary students was seriously injured and two people inside the semi were in serious condition following the crash on U.S. 301 near State Road 200 in Lawtey just after 2:30 p.m. ET, FHP Sgt. Dylan Bryan told WJXX-TV. All of those injured were taken to University of Florida Health in Gainesville.

What is the CSA points penalty for nudity while operating a CMV?

That's the problem with stories like this, we never get the full story; and when that happens, people tend to use their imagination and assumptions to fill in the blanks.

Lots of truckers sleep nude in the sleeper. If the woman was a co-driver, there is nothing unusual about having a nude woman in the bunk while the male co-driver is driving. I do not know if that was the case in this wreck, but in the absence of additional facts, the theory is as plausible as any.

Local logging truck... normal to never get the full story about anything. Always based on interpretation, sight acuity, attentiveness to an event, occupation, skill set, level of knowledge, degree of involvement, political leanings....

The rig Ford was driving, which is owned by Mo's Trucking in Palatka, was stopped earlier Monday in Nassau County for two minor inspection violations."

And this man as a CDL? HOW???

Anyone can make a mistake, but this guys record shows he does not care about rules. He needs to spend more of his life in jail after this and NEVER have a drivers license again, much less a CDL.
