Difficulty with insurance

Hey Everyone! I am hoping someone can help me. I am trying to find insurance for two sprinters, I know that sounds easy but it's proving to be quiet the chore. I found one for $383 a month but it didn't meet my needs and another was $15,587 a year. I have never paid premiums like that and I don't plan on it now. I appreciate any assistance yall have to offer.

I am thinking your quote will be between 10,000 -12,000 depending on the year of the Sprinter maybe higher because you are using drivers....

There's CIS and there's everyone else. CIS arguably knows everything there is to know about expediting insurance. Their people are as good to work with as anyone possibly could be. Because of the depth of their knowledge they know how to tailor a package that gets you the most coverage for the fairest premium. Don't do anything without also checking with them. Good luck.

I was with CIS/Progressive for a very long time, they were the first that I worked with in this business, and I liked working with them.

True, they have the best marketing on this website, but, overall they do not have the best coverage and rates for all straight trucks in expediting, and they will say that as well.

All this depends on your driving record, qualifications, type of vehicle(s), and location, just to name a few factors, (I have a perfect driving record, a CDL, and with no tickets or accidents or claims).

With that said, CIS/Progressive is the best for most, but not for all in this business, (based on my 40 years experience in business with the last 15 years in this business).

If their insurance is the best that you can find, then great, more power to you, nothing wrong with that, that's your business, not mine, just saying.

to add...Progressive leans on credit score as well.....higher the score, better the rate...

And for those of you who think this insurance issue is the magic pill to increase rates you can forget that thing because basically it only adds $.05-$.07 a mile based on 100,000 miles a year to the cost .
So what you're going to do when expediting runs all over you LOL
