Sleeping now after a long 3 days
Paulsboro,nj from cinci last night,heading to Long Island city to Chicago in the am been a good week so far even with Mondays stupidity

I was pi$$ed off last time I went to BC. Stuck at Portal, ND for 12 hours without D time. My carrier argued that they don't pay for Border delays. Same thing some broker did a half azz job, and I paid the penalty. Sorry for the profanity. Glad you got paid !!

I think it depends on who is at fault. This time I did everything right, I was approved to cross but the broker dropped the ball. If the delay was because of something I did wrong, I wouldn't have gotten D pay or a free room. But with the D pay, even if I do nothing else this week, still had a great week for pay verses miles.

I think anyone who has ever done cross border has at least one horror story...but for the most part thankfully they are rare...

Had my trainee drop me off at the I64E/I75S split so I can get home and spend a few weeks working on my newish van my dad got me for Christmas. Gonna get it ready for the upcoming year with all the balls and whistles I can manage to cram it lol. Not gonna pass up an opportunity to take a load or two from that trainee tho if I can.
