I bet chef hasn't had to sleep that much since his Bolt days. lol. I had a nice 2300 mile week this week and I am still trying to revocer from it myself. Sometimes you need to get some good long rest in order to feel like a human again.

Well now that i re-add it, it was 26 hours not 32. but as Blizzard said, It has been a while since I have had or even needed that many hours of sleep....but i do feel alot better..

I don't know what it was, maybe just accumulation..but I slept at home thrusday night, slept good and wasn't tired fri, but the last 60 mile of the 737 mile run from Saline Mich to Battleboro NC just kicked my butt....so, sleep it was....

Now I moved down to the Petro in Kenly NC to get a shower and find a place for dinner...

Have you told your doctor that you sometimes sleep that much? That just ain't right, even if your a bit sleep deprived...

I've been know to sleep for up to 13 hours but never 26
I have always needed a minimum of 7 to feel good, most of the time I try for 8 to 9

The most i ever do is around 10 and that's really, really rare. I have to be beyond ragged out. 6 to 8 is normal for me.
