Daylight Savings Time starts at 0200 on Sunday, March 13th.
Time to set those clocks ahead again and lose an hour of sleep.
Not to ask a dumb question or anything, but as I don't have to log my time while driving my step van, i don't know this,
How do you account for the loss of an hour when clocks are set ahead?
Whatever your duty status is at 2am on Sunday will carry forward an extra hour. Make a line straight down at 2am and note "DST" or whatever you have space for. Be sure to do the math correctly in the right column, there are only 23 hours on Sunday.
fired at you from my Droideka
Just think the EOBR will simplify your life...
Just not working over the weekend would help too!
You guys deserve a break...can't wait for EOBR to make your life easier....
You mean the 'Electric Brick' or the 'Electric Nanny' which ever you prefer to call it? Do you mean that 'thing' that we pay extra for that is not worth the extra? That EOBR?
Yeah that is it....the savior of drivers..the future.
Well if we did away with 'time' we would not NEED EOBRs. Without time everything would just happen at once. There would be no history or future and we would not HAVE to log hours since there would be NO hours. Now THAT is a REAL solution!!!! Yep, without a doubt man should have NEVER invented time. Just look how many people are late due to that invention!!
And since there is no "time" there would not be a need for expedited freight thus, we would all be without a job......
Regards,
Joe
You don't, your just tired until next fall!! I HATE this semi-annual stupidity. Just leave the time on standard time and forget about it. What a waste of TIME!!
No, no, no. Leave it on Daylight saving and forget about it.
If I go to sleep and just get up whenever I get up, do I really lose an hour of sleep?
Just think at 2 am we spring ahead. Then next sunday is the first day of spring.Next month Easter , before you know it summer will be here .
Fall is great time of year, Good for business, nice views of fall foilage.
