Years ago I did the Piddele thing,if you were riding with your girlfriend and you saw the headlight out and you said Piddele she had to kiss you. If she said it first you had to kiss her. Those were good times for sure.

I guess there was no real loser in that game. Unless you like a lot of onion and garlic on your burgers.

Great post! Like many of you I have had my hiccups with my 1st Mrs Wonderful but was able to take my sons individually cross country, we made memories for a life time and though they are grown now we still talk about our adventures. I get to make South Carolina May 5th where I get to see one graduate from the Army. I am very proud of my friend. Mike

i suppose that i find the over the road thing to be "the" hardest part of this job. relationships are next to imposible, and trying to explain to friends and family members why you cant make it to the reunion or the card party or picnic or funeral. seems some people take it as a personal snub of some sort x( but man, when it comes to my daughter, it breaks my heart to think that i may be breaking hers by not being there for recitals and plays, orchestra and choir, ball games and bike rides, ice cream and homework nature walks in the spring, the apple orchard in the fall. she'll be 12 in august, where does the time go!?! :-( i hope someday i can find a way to stay local and not go broke :) do you have to take some sort of seminar to re-introduce yourself to normal society :+
