Once again, another unintended consequence of Obamacare. The democrats and the supreme court are correct though. It will amount to the largest tax increase in US history. Many will follow the path of Darden or already have. Some of the fast food folks like McDonalds and Burger King has a year or two exemption not to participate. These exemptions of course have been extended to many Obama friendly businesses. If they later are forced to participate, many will go the part-time gig and cancel their health insurance as that is cheaper than the tax penalty.
This is what happens when Ried, Pelosi, and Obama ram something through without reading it.

I don't believe for ONE second that they did not know what was in this bill. It is my belief that they not only knew but they wanted what some are calling an "unintended consequence", is what they were after all along. Once on Obama Care and other 'benevolent' programs they are far easier to control. Control of the People is the ultimate goal of the Marxists. If economic and other types of coercion don't accomplish the goal, force will. These are VERY evil people.

The Health Care bill is so massive that the lobbyists who wrote it haven't finished reading it, yet, much less the bought-and-paid-for goons who legislated it.

The 'goons' may not have wrote it but you can bet your shell that they put in the order for everything they needed to give them the power over the People that they covet.

If they approve and apply that BS, then I'll move to Canada! Or Europe. Or on Mars. Just to stay safe and away from these madmen...
