It was originally reported that Chrysler would build rebadged Dodge Rams to replace the Nissan Titan in exchange for Nissan offering a version of the Versa for Chrysler . BREAKING: Chrysler and Nissan announce major supply agreements, shared products - Autoblog
I find it strange that the Nissan Titan , which was highly rated by automotive journalists would be replaced by a version of a Dodge which received low ratings . The deal is good news for U.S. workers because it shifts some Dodge truck production to U.S. plants . That also makes Dodge truck owners happy to be buying "American made . "
