I posted that in the middle of the 10th, but it sure looked like it was gonna go to 11 for a minute there.

Chapman became just the third pitcher in MLB history to blow a save in Game 7 in the WS.

Ironically, he gets credited with the win.

Incidentally, the last 8 times the World Series went to a Game 7 during a presidential election year, if the AL won then the GOP took the White House, and if the NL won the Democratic Party took the White House. Not that anything is predicable about this election, but if it holds true once again, Hillary wins.
