Cuba is no longer listed as a state sponsor of terrorism.
It's now time to end the useless embargo once and all.

I have no hatred for people not like me. I have an intense dislike for criminal aliens and an intense dislike for spending and giving away billions, perhaps near trillions of dollars by wasteful government and those who are more than willing to steal and give away other people's money. Oh, and there's a lava lamp in the corner by the hearth. Interesting in it's near randomness.

Considering the relations we have with a neighbor like Mexico, why wouldn't we want to establish similar relations with Cuba? The Cuban embargo has been an abysmal failure. The Castros will both soon be dead, creating a leadership vacuum. How would you like to see ISIS setting up camp 90 miles away from Miami?

Don't forget the DR and Puerto Rico. It could be a nice financial opportunity for business in south FL and would likely help more than a few current American businesses. The embargo was idiotic to begin with and American influence would have changed things there long ago.

Removal from the terrorism list doesn’t affect the U.S. trade embargo against Cuba, which can’t be lifted without action by Congress. Boehner vowed that the House will make sure the sanctions remain in place.

Boehner is like a reverse barometer. If Obama declares that Boehner is right, and says we must never lift the embargo, then Boehner will take steps to immediately lift it.

Cuba and Miami is alot farther than 90 miles traveling from Cuba 90 miles would only get you to Key West
