Yes, I have dealt w/ em. I worked for em for about a month & didn't get paid. This was I'm guessing Sept or Oct of 94. I was pretty decent about things. I still hadn't been paid by November. I'd call & see if there was any update on things in regards to my pay. Of course there was always a reason or something.

Anyways, I eventually told the guy that if they didn't have my check by Dec. 7 I was taking em to court. His reply was something along the lines of don't make threats to him. I basically stated it wasn't a threat, they'd had long enough & Dec. 7 was the day I was filing on em.

Dec 6 my check arrived.

Others may have had different experiences w/ em. That's mine though.
