Hello everyone. Yes I'm a "newby" and I want to learn. Can you tell me how CSA2010 has affected Expediters or O/O's.

It will have the same impact on commercial drivers in expediting as general freight.

In my opinion CSA does not affect the business the owner who is taking care of their business.
A few ideas:
Take care of your truck and it does not matter if you are a driver or O/O as the points go to the driver.
Know the laws, read the magazines and listen to the radio to stay informed.
Secure your load properly
Keep your log book and paperwork in order

Couple of items that I have heard FedEx has been taking dings on is speeding and seatbelt use which are both goofy as there is no excuse for getting tickets for either item.
