Cross dock nightmare

I seem to be reading a whole lotsa ( I, me, they) with some (don't wanna) mixed in. Seems like a bad combination to me. Why can't you people prepare yourself for the occasional glitch that YOU caused by terminating your mission short of completion.

Not meaning to sound dumb...or pick on ya...I am not understanding why he couldn't have unloaded ya...Not enough room on the dock?

he did unload me 5 hours late i couldnt unload when i got there because no one was there i dont know how to make it any easier to understand. I arrived at the cross dock no one was there thats why i couldnt unload.

I was contracted to take the load to the cross dock i didn't terminate my "mission" short of completion. I am not a Canada truck so my mission was to get it close to the boarder so a truck that crosses into Canada could take it

Good advise wellarmed, but I believe that they are required to go where panther tells them to. As long as panther, which is the customer in this case, remains satisfied with the cross dock service, the drivers feelings do not matter.

I'm pretty well read on EO,thoe I've only been a member for a short time and been expediting for a little short of 4yrs.I do know the drivers feelings do not matter.Apparently I give scuba a little more credit for common sense than you do,not for a moment did I think he would just drop a load where he thought was best and then call his carrier and tell them where to find it but rather pass the info on to his carrier and they might be able to appreciate a more reliable 24/7 service.
