Not when our Constitution is being destroyed. When the congress is no longer passing laws, or when a dictator takes over. It has happened throughout history and could very well happen again. This administration, the government in general, is out of control. The PEOPLE are the 'supreme power' here, NOT the government.
IF Obama manages to pull off some of the stuff he is trying to do there will be 'civil war'. That is just ONE of the reasons he is gutting the military, to get rid of as many who would oppose him as he can. It is getting ugly. It does surprise me that someone had the courage to say it.
Far more people are just plain fed up with what is going on than Obama or many others can even imagine. IF the dollar collapses, it will happen sooner. Obama will try to use 'outside' forces if he needs them.

It's a bit extreme, but then again civil war always is. I do think he's mostly right about the "why" it might happen, with the disturbing executive orders and the other documents. Obama has been on a more or less relentless campaign, sometimes very subtle, sometimes, not so much, to give himself extraordinary power, both with executive orders and with singularly unique interpretations of existing powers and laws. It has fundamentally changed the way everything inside the Beltway operates.
Unfortunately it's not quite that simple. The average shelf life of a democracy is 200 years. We're past the expiration date already. That's why we have to be especially vigilant that our rights are not taken away. Too many already have been.Hence ... the majority do not vote for him ...... problem solved

NO, that is NOT how it works under our Constitution. The PEOPLE have the power first, THEN the States and lastly the Feds. Obama is, very much so, overstepping his legal authority under the U.S. Constitution.
There has also, at least not in my life time, been a president who has been elected by a majority of legal voters. Won't be this time and there will also be MORE illegal voters than ever before. Want to see how leftists subvert and take over? Study Obama. His ideas are 100% what I fought AGAINST for 20 years. He is a Marxist and ALL Marxists are evil.

The People do NOT directly elect the President, they elect, electors. It is MORE than possible for a president to lose the popular vote and win the election.
The problem now is THIS president is subverted the Nation. He is doing everything he can to destroy it. The CONGRESS is the ONLY branch of government than can spend money or pass laws, under the Constitution that is.
There very well could be a civil war. Obama will be the one to 'fire the first shot' so to speak. He can't help it. He HAS to try to take over. His owners demand it. He WANTS it.

I don't necessarily agree with him, bu I sure have seen an awful lot of National Guard activit6y lately. Different states. Big convoys, moving heav y weapons, etc. Sure look like they're preparing for something...

I would not worry about the Guard activity Dale. It is summer and many units are moving to, or from, their summer camps. I find it unlikely that they are involved with anything 'nasty', yet.
There will be no major moves prior to the election. He has to consoladte his power. Once never faces another election he would feel free to let his true colors show.
