On the US side....the bridges will be marked in MPH and on the Canada side in KPH.....or they could be in both....Tolls I no idea....I do believe L1 gives you a Bridge Card (Detroit/Windsor)and transponder...so those costs are not an issue...
Bridge tolls when not crossing Detroit-Windsor are reimbursed.

Cost to cross at Detroit is $5.50 toll each way. At port huron its $6.50 each way. Customs will charge you $10.75 coming back in if don't have the pre-paid transponder on your truck.
