Group emails are sometimes the most effective. Our new web site will have a drop down box where you can email by department. For a quick answer to Scott's question on paperwork or settlements email; [email protected]. They can answer your question or get the email forwarded to the right person. For an operations issue you can email the group at [email protected] or the VP if you don't get a resolution at [email protected].
Contact lists are hard as people change and job functions get shifted sometimes. The new web site we are working on will hopefully help with this.
