I don't give a flip what happens in Toronto. I am FAR more concerned about OUR "elected officials". The mayor of Toronto, New York or Tokyo, cannot start wars, our congress and president can. They SHOULD be tested, regularly. Drivers are subject to random tests, they claim it is to save lives. Driver could kill several people if driving drugged or drunk. Our president can unleash our nukes, with the potential to kill billions, and we don't see a need to test him? Makes no sense.
