I thought panther had fixed that at the end of my tour of duty there. At least one of my previous carriers (maybe it was schneider) had it fixed so that the qc only chirped (screamed) if it was load related. All generic fleet messages lit the incoming message light, but did not chirp.

Premium Transportation Logistics does not use QualComm's or any other communication devices other than cell phones. We have never sent safety or UNsafety messages to our drivers through their cell phones. We keep our doors open to communicate issues with our contractors.

I'd tell you that I'll read your responses from the golf course but 99.9% of the time I'm in the office fairly early, and don't leave till fairly late in the day - usually busy assisting drivers.
