cold weather and deisel

I've heard people talk about it, but it's one of those "old school thinking" deals that isn't really a good idea. What's the point? If you overdo it you're going to have problems, and with that kind of ratio recommendation...

I've used Power Service for years and never gelled. Ever.

I agree its something I probably wouldnt try if I owned a diesel I wouldnt wanna mess something up.

Power service worked well for me always , i mixed it a little stronger than can said to, better to strong than not enough. Also in case of changing fuel filters , i kept a gallon can of very strong mixed up to put in fuel filter before putting back on.
