My two favorite guns that I've ever owned were a lever action .22 and a .410 shotgun. Not exactly high powered toys, but they were prefect for the type of hunting I used to do, mainly rabbits and squirrels. I wish I still had those.

I still have my first shotgun, it was my Dad's first shotgun. A single shot Iver/Johnson 16ga. I have the first rifle I ever bought. A Remington pump .22. No laws then. I just rode my bike to the hardware store, plopped down $70 and took it home. I have the first shotgun I ever bought, a J.C. Higgins Model 20 12GA. I even have my grandfather's 30-40 Kraig.

Hello all,

Portraying the AR-15 negatively is not the objective of the documentary and we can reassure all owners and enthusiasts that we aren’t choosing a side. Our team wanted to understand the AR-15’s immense popularity on both sides of the debate and go beyond the clichés. Here’s a clip from the special: http://cnb.cx/Zg19V7.

“America’s Gun: The Rise of the AR-15” premieres tomorrow Thursday, April 25[SUP]th[/SUP] aat 10p ET/PT.

Their on the EO forum? Wow. I have to say though they will have to prove that it's not anti AR-15 just because they have NBC in their title. But we'll give them a try and see.
Anyway welcome to EO.

Likely they have a software program to scan for mention of their program, so they can monitor the reactions.

I won't be able to see it, BUT, I would be willing to bet that they DON'T have the "Stones" to call Obama out on ALL the BS he is spreading about them.

I can say this, he is either a total idiot when it comes to firearms, which is not good if one is trying to outlaw them. OR. He KNOWS he is fertilizing farm fields and he hopes there are enough idiots who don't know any better. Either way, he has PROVEN he is opposed to the Bill of Rights.

Premieres tommorrow?

Almost sounds like there is more to come. Is more coming or just this one?

It repeats 3 hours later and again Sunday evening. That's probably why it's worded that way. I have it set to record and will give it as much as I can tolerate. I hope that's the entire show and I hope they fool us. Given their history of leaning liberal and the current regime's stance with their desire to be one of the favored ones it's not too likely but maybe they'll surprise us.

Well, I'll give it to them that they did go about 20 minutes only somewhat negatively until around the 21 minute mark (counting commercials) going full tilt anti and calling for outright banning of the gun. It's the show you expect from CNBC. The only thing missing is Chris Mathews with something running down his leg.

My mistake. It aired on CNBC. They're fairly interchangeable though.

Both are just "shills" for the Obama Administration. They do as they are told to do. They could no more have done an "Honest" presentation then Obama could stop spreading manure on the subject. They are a joke. Too bad SO many fools fall for it.

One is a financial news network and the other one isn't. Granted, I rarely watch either of them very often anymore, so they may have changed their focus.
