There is more to the story than a company not listening. Maybe he made good money but was wasting it on the road at resturaunts,casino etc. Maybe he was going home more than driving. I don't know cause it isn't the company doing this it in most cases is the driver. People whine about their companies and people who generally work harder praise the same company.
But with some one going so extreme they spray paint all over their house,drive their company equipment through the office and then shoot themselves but not attack "the ones who did this" (as some here believe) he was plain out screwed in the head from the get go.
I mean after all if I was mad at the company and then going to kill myself I'd probably go after a few employees that made me turn out that way then turn the gun on myself. That didn't occur which leads me to believe it was all his problem.
