How does the State effectively eliminate the practice of true Catholicism?

It doesn't force Catholics to be sterilized, use contraception or have abortions. Are Catholics afraid that if their parishioners have access to health insurance that will cover such things that it will result in Catholics abandoning their faith or failing to follow the teachings of Catholicism?

Let's see now. It's government interference and violation of the (non-existent) rule of separation of church and state to display a ten commandments but not for the state to effectively eliminate the practice of true Catholicism.

The Catholic Church prohibits it's members from using contraception in any form other than the 'rhythm method'. It does not require them to oppose the use of contraception by non members - that's an option for the 'holier than thou' members.
The rest ignore the prohibition anyway, and freely admit it.
It's not Obama who's prohibiting the practice of Catholicism - it's the leaders of the Catholic Church who retain the prohibition of birth control, knowing the vast majority of the members disregard it.
One of these days, something unpleasant will happen that you can't blame on Obama, but I'm not holding my breath on that, as people find a way to stretch anything & everything to make it Obama's fault.
