Poor Julie, working there all alone at night and us drivers actually refusing the loads.

We do remember Julie, and he isn't kidding when he says she can talk you into just about anything. With them being a smaller company and not being over populated with trucks, there really were times they had loads from good customers which weren't all that great to the truck, but we actually felt a responsibility to work with the company on these loads.
Besides, what other company can you go to for orientation and have the owner personaly give you a welcome on board gift. In our case we walked out of there with a brand new Hat (Hat is short for Hattie, our CAT) Looking back on it, the standard ball cap would have been a lot cheaper }> as we still have the cat and she is still eating us out of house and home.
