What do they mean it has NEVER been done in the United States before. Not only HAS it been done before, it was done with a Demoncrat in office. Not only was it a Demoncrat, but by one of the most REVERED Demoncrats ever, FDR.

He was responsible for the detention of over 100,000 people, based on ethnicity alone. WHAT? A Demoncrat a racist? WHAT? A Demoncrat ignore the Constitution? SAY IT AIN'T SO! Guess what? It was NOT anything done by the Congress, it was done by EXECUTIVE ORDER. Executive order 9066.
