Cents per mile

If I drive a company own sprinter van and the owner pays for the fuel, maintanance etc... and I will be getting paid by the mile, how much would the average cent per mile be for driving company van.

It should be in the 32 cents per mile range, give or take a penny or two.

If the base rate before FSC is 80 cents a mile, then 40% of the 80 cents would be 32 cents a mile. So it's in that range.

That would depend on how much you could agree to with the company. for the most part it runs in the .30 Range PM. But don't forget to include what your share of the inc will be ie stop offs, unload, layovers. All of this should be addressed.

What if my wife comes on as a team driver, will that stay the same?

I would expect the pay would stay the same. You may have more opportunities for freight as a team = more miles.

But don't expect that two drivers will get double the miles.
