It's amazing how a new pair of shoes can make or break you. I have been buying the same boots from Pay less for close to 20 years. At some point they changed the quality or type of material used and a new pair of boots was killing my knees. Only I had no idea why my knees hurt so much. Since I spent most of my time in these boots it took a while to figure this out. I started using Dr. Scholls foot inserts and the pain went away quickly. I liked the feeling so much I started using them in other shoes and sneakers as well.

Achy knees are usually what tells me to check my shoes and then it shows in my heel wear. This time it threw me a curve ball.
