To owners,
I need to hire a independent contractor driver for tax reasons I Need to have a contract between myself and driver. Is there a standard form between myself and the driver and if so, can someone email me a copy? If it is not a standard form, can someone mail me a copy used between the driver and company. I need to know the procedure.

I'm not sure if there is a standard contract between an owner and a driver, but I have written individual contracts for quite a few of my clients for a fee.

I don't think anybody will send you a copy of anything for free.

Every contract will be different.
The reason for this is how your compensation is structured.
Are you paying a percentage or milage
Requirements from carriers are different
Unit size; I use two different ones depending on whether it is a TT or a straight truck.
Driver requirements will be different relavant to the vehicle they are driving
No one can really give you a staple contract without alot of additional information.
