Well it took CARB 2 over weeks to return a respond.
no, the system is not up and running.
yes, i will still have to meet the deadline.
they will shoot an Email, once applicators can register, probably in a month or so.
luckily, i do not have more then 3 trucks,
i asked what if i will have 4 trucks by the 1st of the year,
and was told, no go, if more then 3 trucks, ALL needs to be 2000 or newer.
so it is not, more then 3 old truck,
the small fleet extension prevision is for small fleet .
luckily II, they do not care how many trailers i own.
or i can do 'a LEO'...
wanna bet they'll gonna ask for my Credit Card ?
