car hauling with a f450

I'm new to this board and new to the industry and was wondering if anyone has any advice on auto hauling with a heavy duty pickup. I don't plan on driving the truck myself as I have other businesses to attend to, but any advice or comments are welcome.

The idea is to tow a mini5 trailer with a f450.

Does anyone know what kind of millage I should expect with a fully loaded truck?

Thanks!

yes i do ,
What year , Engine , Trany ext... , trailer specs (# of wheels)...
What kind of operation ? Loaded% ext...,long/short trips ,Hwy/intown /local Del. ? speed ?
you will "have" to do Engine Mods to get a good fuel Mil.
K&N intake , full exhausts ,Programmer ... (about 1,600$ on line)

The truck is an 08 ford f450 6.4L powerstroke with a six speed gear box.
the trailer is a Kaufman Mini5. It weighs about 7K empty and can haul up to 5 cars. The mini5 has three 7k axles and a 25,900 gvwr.

The operating distance will be up to 600 miles. I'm located in Atlanta and plan on covering the southeast. Obviously, the trailer will need to be loaded to some capacity as often as possible. Most of the driving will be highway in the 60 t0 65 mph range.

Thanks for the input.
