How about if I sit on my keyster and not drive except when I feel like it, or just take the runs that pick up within 25 miles of my house and deliver to the Naples, FL area between now and next May - round trips of course, and no deadhead. And "he that does not work, neither shall he also eat" isn't from a dictator; it's from St. Paul, i.e. the Word of God. Anything else is either private charity, under strict guidelines set out in scripture, or immoral theft. And when you give people food with no strings designed to get then off the dole, you do them no favors.

This is one of the few times I disagree with Rlent. Easytrader is right, except on the spelling of ne'er-do-well. Scripture tells the Church they are to support orphans and older widows, but not the young widows, because they can remarry. Other than that, he that shall not work, neither shall he also eat--Word of God--though that verse doesn't address those who can't work as opposed to won't.

Actually, it doesn't. Forex, the very nature of salvation, which cannot be obtained through any effort of your own. God helps those who have come to an end of themselves and trust Him.

I dont know what bible you read but the one I read is the opposite God helps those who cant help themselves and as far as the one that can I believe it says if you dont work you dont eat if you need chapter and verse let me know
