My 2003 Ford 7.3L diesel has developed a problem, when I came to a stop the other day the engine quit! I was able to restart with no problems, could this be the cam sensor. I have been told they are easy to change out and I would rather do it myself than take to the Dealer!

Could be just about anything. Why not pay for a diagnosis from a professional mechanic THEN replace it yourself if its an easy job?

The planets must be aligned!! When I got home this weekend, there was a recall notice from Ford to replace the cam sensor, no cost to me!!!!!!!!
