I think the only state that could maybe make it would be Texas and if all the federal money pulled out they would have a hard time

California would do fine. If you factor in the Cost of Living, California drops to #11 in the world just below France (and China jumps to #1 ahead of the USA).

Texas has about the same GDP as Mexico, incidentally.

GDP doesn't factor in federal money.

Water comes from the rocky Mountain states for California
The amount that a state depends on outher states to survive is unreal

I think we'd leave the military bases there. We have them all over the world as it is. As for the water, just cut 'em off. That'll learn' em.

AND with out water for thier crops what would that do for California's main export and if they had to pay for it where would it be on the international market
Military bases maybe San Diego but Washington and Organ would be beer for a Russian or Chinese attack and I'm sure Mexico would be making a great deal to move bases down there
