Please forgive me for not knowing day light from dark about your new truck. If a single wide profile tire loses air under load, will the "pusher Axel" go down automatically? or if not would it have the capacity to lift the rig off the low tire?.

After coming out of the house yesterday and finding one of our super singles flat in the driveway, I can speak from experience that the tag axle on our truck can and did lift up the truck enough to limp it to the tire shop 5 miles away.

Also, from now on I decree the truck be referred to as the Caffcadia.
Caffcadia, has a nice ring to it!

Linda, I was in your neighborhood yesterday. Tried to take an afternoon nap at the Wally World in Troy but got interrupted with a load picking up in Edwardsville. Enjoy your new ride!

Linda, I wish you would have added a little smiley face thing at the end of that statement. Other E.O. members have expressed interest in meeting me with the sole intent of doing me harm. Do you guys want to beat me up too?

I thought you had a tattoo?

The tattoo only keeps customers at bay. It has little effect on a pair of uniformed truckers with a ferocious guard dog.

A bit of advice for Bob & Linder, if you are fortunate enough to meet the Merry Prankster: check your back doors before taking off - I loved the "Sven & Ole's Pizza" bumpersticker, but you may not want it on the new Caffcadia, lol. ;)

They probably already have "If this Caffcadia's rockin', don't bother knockin'!"

Yes I agree on the sticker.

We had made plans on where to put a bed for Molly when we had the table up. She never liked to lie down on a floor unless she was really hot. This truck would have been a little rougher for her I am afraid.

I never dreamed how hard it would be to walk to our truck and not see her little head watching for us or if she had given up sleeping in the front seat waiting. For a dog that was very quiet and agreeable her HUGE presence is missed.

What happened to Molly? Did she pass?

Yes it is Bolt on the sleeper. Don Bentz is a hands on guy and I have pictures of him cutting the back out of the Cascadia when it was a day cab. Don also gave us a tour of the sleeper being built from the metal frame, through how the cabinets are installed, how the sleeper is insulated, how the cabinet doors are installed, and to how to remove the fabric from the cushions to be cleaned. We really enjoyed working with Don and Jeff through this whole process.

Bob, Linder, as I told you before, truck is awesome, use it in good health.Tri State has put me in brand new Volvo with the v13 engine 465 hp.10 speed tranny, and with 44000 lbs in box at 65 mph we topped a plus 7 mpg.the trailer has no aerodynamics,I have had the mpg as high as a plus 8,just under 60 mph.I already hate the DEF program.Bottles are 2.5 gallon, and I put 1 in every 600 miles,THe Loves fuel stops are suppose to have a pump at the fuel Island, but I havent found one that works yet.A 2.5 gallon jug is about 13.00,I stopped at Petro, east Greensburg In.(think thats the name of city,it's on I 74)they charged me 16.99 plus tax,rip off,all other truck stops are 12.99.I carry 2 extra boxes of DEF incase you need it and you cant find any to buy, which has already happened.I'm sure freightliner is like Volvo with DEF guage on dash board guages.Good luck again with new truck, luv it
