Hello all. new member here. looking to expedite with c-unit but it seems to be not many c-unts out there. I can't find any used ones, is it because c-units are not good earners.

Welcome to EO

Well first they are out there but you have to dig for them.

I have to ask why a C unit?

The allure of working for FedEx?

I have one, may want to sell it in the spring but it is an earner without a doubt.

Got to tell you that if you want an apartment on wheels (as I call anything like a 94" and bigger sleeper), then it may be hard to find. I drive another C unit every once and a while to cover a load for a customer. It has a 18 foot box and another small box on it for equipment. It is 40 feet long and it is almost the same as driving mine which is 31 feet and 6 inches. The only thing I have an issue with it is pulling into Walmart, I can't park it like mine but have to go across the parking spots - other than that, it is the same thing.

IF driving is an issue, think about getting a rear view or blind spot camera. Believe when I had mine on the truck, it was so easy to make lane changes and backing it into tight dock spaces.

is your fl70 now called m2-100/106. class 6 or 7. and how much horse power. I think class 6 just enough with about 250 hp wil be ok ?

It is a class 7 and it is the precursor to the M2, which is a different truck.

IF I had the money to spend for a truck I would drive, I would get a class 8 and use that.
