Buffet's

Biggest offenders I see is people letting little kids go to the buffet alone. Old Country Buffet has rule no kids under 10 unattended. We seen a little kid going along fingering the food and serving himself with out using the utensils. We done just having desert we pointed this out to mgr. Complained about lack of signs for this, he said it was on the recite. Who reads that, still no obvious signs. Where there last week first time in a yr. Wyoming Mi. Old Country Buffet.

some of the larger newer ryans restaurants are excellent, huge buffets, fresh cooked steak , and i have seen them consistently temerature check the food at certain locations, some of the older ones arnt as great though

as far as buffets go...the one in elkton, MD...the petro, we watched the lady restocking the salad bar drop the tongs, pick it up, and put it right back into the broccoli on the bar!! I marched my ##### right up to the manager and told her. they came out IMMEDIATLEY and dumped it out and gave the girl a talking to.
