Oklahoma has tolls but IMO I'd take that route. I think it's an easier drive. Either way, watch your speed closely .. especially entering towns off the main highway.
I assume you haven't been through a US border patrol checkpoint yet? Chances are you'll hit one down there. Standard stuff ..

Had the break already. Got the van back, now on an eastern KY to western TN gig for Friday AM
Had a lucky week. Started Monday morning with a Home/Milwaukee to Indy area. Then Indy to eastern Ohio on Tuesday. Then early this morning, eastern Ohio back to Milwaukee proper. 3 loads in 3 days and all were daytime runs. So I'm back home by 19:00 the day before T Day.
