Hello All! Expedite Expo! We will be there! All are invited to bbq tailgate style with us!
We don't care who you drive for! Just gonna have a good time and share the fellowship of our industry! Just look for the "Happy Hino" with Express-1 on the side! (with all the black smoke pouring outta the gas grill, from me burnin' stuff!)lol:eek:
Gonna have a good time, we always do! Bring bag chairs! The premise of Breakfast in The Parking Lot is to bring drivers together on common ground and break bread and discuss life, the industry, OOIDA, and meet new friends! Sindy and I love what we do, and have fun doing it! If you can't have fun, why do it?:rolleyes:

Breakfast In The Parking Lot is not just breakfast! its throughout the whole show, someone is always cooking something!
As far as what everyone talks about is up to you all! We just try to keep the language clean, and keep it a family atmosphere!
There are ladies present, so we need to respect that!:)

We will have to combine ideas as we have in the past had a awesome BBQ Saturday night out in the parking lot after the show. The expo is great about people meeting people and signs on the boxes have never came into play. We even invite the OTR guys! I think most of them think we are crazy but they have fun joining in on our BBQ's.

At the BBQ in the evening everyone just brings what they have to cook on the BBQ or a side dish, their own drinks and their chairs and we spend the evening visiting.

Absolutely! I am gonna try to get Steve Sommers from 700WLW America's Truckin' Network to come up and join us and hang out for a while after the show!

Nope, First Year, Drove big truck for 22 years, did the Breakfast In the Parking Lot Group at all the truck shows but this is a new experience for us!

Well yes the whackos should all be there! I am not so sure Bob will put himself in the whacko category as he is the calm one of Team Caffee. I am also hoping we will have Henry Albert at our BBQ again this year. He just scratches his head at us Expediters as we are different group of people. He has taken to calling himself an Expediter in Disguise (EID) as he enjoyed himself so much last year.

Ken, I posted pictures of the BBQ last year I believe.

I am also in the process of pulling together the informal fun walk first thing in the morning say 7:00 to work off all the BBQ calories. We will just walk and chat around the parking lot. Once again the walk will be open to all people or pets, no worries about signs on the truck doors nor even if you are a driver. This will be another chance to get to know each other and put a face to the typist...

I should have started expediting years ago! Great bunch of people we have met, and will meet I am sure! The expedite industry is "specialized" in my book and all of us in it have a common ground automatically built into what we do!
I love to grill! And drivers love to eat! We get to combine the two with what we do all over the country all year long!;)

Dingle wants to know if he joins in that morning walk can we guarantee that it won't turn into a chase? :eek:

I know that Molly is an upper crust type dog and she does not acknowledge a cats presence even if he is dressed as nicely as Dingle will be.

I'm picturing the scene in 'Romy & Michelle's Reunion' where they argue over who's the Mary & who's the Rhoda, lol :D
Kenzy & I will bring food & drinks & bag chairs, and Kenzy promises to behave [as long as Dingle stays out of 'her' truck - she was good once, but there's a limit!]
Heck, we might even join the walk, if we can get up that early.
If OVM can wear those shorts, I can wear jammies...;)
