a dispatcher can only tell us what the customer tells them....and you figure most times you are 3 times removed from said customer....
True, but this time I was dealing with an ABF dispatcher and an ABF customer, who was the consignee.

Just talking to manager of a Wilco/Hess here in GA. First, I didn't know that they were owned by Speedway. Second, ALL Wilco AND Speedway truck stops have been bought by P-FJ!! Conversion will begin shortly. Speedway will continue to operate their retail locations.
Crap they were 20 cents cheaper last time South, there goes competition

Wife out of hospital and reasonably good to go, thinking of going back in service tomorrow over Thanksgiving...(no kidney failure yet just stones + everything else wrong with her)

So...if I get offered a GA run, is it over or do I need to mount a snorkel to the air box? I'd turn on news but it's the only thing that's makes me angry nowadays, every time

Well something ya don't see everyday, a Critical Supply Solutions (out of Toledo) 53ft bouncing off a Thermo King Refer.. Not once, not twice but three times.. Maybe he thought it wasn't really there. The unit is crushed by the time he got done with it..

Yikes !!!

Oct. 3rd in the evening I fell in the kitchen and felt something in my neck snap. Ambulance was called and after CAT scan of neck and shoulder area and brain scan ( for what little brain I have left ) they found nothing but bruising. Kept me a few days and was released this afternoon. Still sore but on the mend.
