Friday I was told there is no weekend hold pay. So me and the freight went duck hunting.
Amazing how all those little surcharges have disappeared over the last few years... What was once almost a standard is now an option and you have to beg for it

Yeah 1650 loaded miles.. not at the best rate but not at the worst!
Loaded in Fairfield, OH to Battle Creek, MI on Monday morning...delivered at 3pm...moved west, was heading to yard...at 430 got called to dh from Benton Harbor to p/u in Kenosha, WI deliver direct to Tiffin, OH...unloaded at 2am...now parked at Pilot in Beaver Dam for well deserved sleep.
Now you know Pedro doesn't usually open till 9 or 10 am eastern time...lol
