Let me put it to you guys this way. You can make money anywhere if you are willing to work hard and learn that particular companies system. You can run for Panther and make money, you can run for Bolt Express and make money, you can run multiples and make money! It all depends on your skill level, ability to learn, work ethic, and level of dedication! There used to be a time when you didn't even have to try to make money doing this job; now is not that time. But, even with that being said you can still carve out a decent piece of the pie in the current marketplace. You just have to run smarter and cut expenses whenever you can!

Well said Bliz.....Many blame the carrier for their own short comings...they just can't adjust to that specific way that carrier operates and the O/O fails and or moves on....The carrier is what it is....any failure is on YOU.....

The choices we make dictate our chance at success or failure. The wrong decision on choosing a company or leaving to soon or staying to long always ends up in your lap as a business owner. If you see smoke you should make sure there is a fire. Once you know there is an issue or find a better opportunity don't let any sense of loyalty keep you there.

If Chief is the guys I talked to he will remember me. I was talking to the Russian and he told me how much his van costs and I was like no way. I figured he van was a 40k van and he showed me for sale on line for 31ish? Another team showed up from South Carolina and we discussed some politics then I got called for a load to Nashville Illinois so had to disembark from our discussion.

I remember you canesman...I can tell you, that you might want to PM Turtle since he was with your carrier for a LONG time and his move to Load 1 as far as i know has been nothing but positive...He can expain the differences that most can't. And I can tell you, from meeting you and talking to you and seeing your attitude 1st hand, you will fit in great right from the start..Oh and we all enjoy a good political BS session also..and I have no doubt you can hold your own there!! I was impressed on your take when you satrted talking politics with the SC people!! Hope to see you soon..
