wow congrats rlent..theres another bolt driver who i call jersey jim...he is doing well on the weekends also...he really chases the loads...and is making pretty good money....me i am sitting home on the pc, dont pick up to ten tonight then away i go to griffen ga...sunshine heat,and summer fun...have a buddy down there sitting in tipton who owes me a steak dinner, maybe i will be able to collect on it when i get there..

My weekend load was a $360 empty move to Kansas City after sitting in San Antonio for 5 days.
I can as a driver for a few years/Prestige then Bolt (avoid Prestige!I have to tell you that Bolt has taken good care of me, if you don't do the right things upfront it can be dicey, after a somewhat rocky start I am now probably averaging over 6000 per month, then again Iam seldom am home!
I get out of MI, no problem
I love Bolt and look forward to being with them for quite awhile, they get me out of almost any state and I enjoy plenty of long trips IE: Texas, New Mexico.....

I am quite sure it was just a misunderstanding....
The Bolt people are pretty nice...That one dispatcher I believe his name was (Ship) or something like that was probably one of the most stand up, honest people I ever had pleasure to do business with.
If you did get a long load they wouldn't pull you off it at that time anyway. I just wasn't doing that great with them but ones I have talked to recently said Bolt keeps them busy. Must be the loads Panther sells out.....lol..

Anyone know how the straight trucks are doing with Bolt? I think I read somewhere that they (Bolt) doesn't mess with hazmat loads, is that right?

in the past yr .... i have noticed more and more Bolt trucks out here.....
yep..more Bolt , more E-1 and especially tri-state since this year they have the Caterpillar contract...and if 3 state can't hold onto it, the pendulum will swing to another carrier....
